1. Introduction
These terms apply to Rolling Quest for iOS, iPadOS and Android, published by Aamchora Space. By downloading or playing Rolling Quest, you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain because we respect your time. The terms of the store you downloaded the game from (the App Store or Google Play) also apply.
2. Age and Parental Consent
Rolling Quest is suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and agree to these terms before you play. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising young players.
3. License to Use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play Rolling Quest on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
4. Intellectual Property
The game's code, level design, artwork, sounds, music, name and logo belong to the developer and are protected by intellectual property law. The fonts (Lilita One and Poppins) are used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Your Progress Lives on Your Device
Rolling Quest is fully offline. Your progress is saved only on your device, so you are responsible for it.
If you uninstall the game, reset your device or lose it, your progress, gems and unlocked skins will be lost. We cannot restore them, because they never leave your device.
To keep your progress, use your device's standard backup (iCloud or Google backup).
6. Gems, Chests and Rewards
Gems, lives, skins, daily gifts and star chests are virtual game items earned only by playing. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and involve no gambling or paid loot boxes. Star chests give free rewards earned with stars.
7. Pricing
Rolling Quest is free to download and play, with:
- No advertisements of any kind
- No in-app purchases, paywalls or pay-to-win items
- No subscriptions or hidden fees
8. Healthy Gaming
Please play responsibly. Take regular breaks, keep a healthy balance of screen time, and never play while walking, driving or anywhere it could be unsafe.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update Rolling Quest with new features and improvements through the official app stores. We may also revise these terms; changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
10. Termination
You can stop using Rolling Quest at any time by uninstalling it. We may change, suspend or withdraw the game from the app stores at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Rolling Quest is provided "as is" and "as available" for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of game progress, or device issues arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
